Computerized RainSoft systems are controlled by apps downloadable to a customer’s home computer, smartphone, or tablet. The RainSoft Remind app, made for the EC5 WiFi series of water conditioners, enables customers to view settings, system status, monitor and set alarms, and make remote changes such as salt adjustments. It also allows the user to review diagnostics such as water and salt use history. RainSoft continually explores new technologies to increase the convenience of their products.
